1. What types of digital products do you sell?
Our business offers a range of digital products in PDFs and Excel spreadsheets. Each product description details the digital format of the file and what is included with each download.
2. Are your digital products available for instant download?
Once the payment is completed, the product will be available to download. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds due to the nature of digital downloads. Once the product is purchased and downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
3. Is it possible to return or exchange a digital product?
No. Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges once the product has been purchased.
4. How do I access digital products after purchase?
When the product has been purchased, you will be directed to the confirmation page, where you can download the digital product—followed by an email with a file to download.
5. Are digital products compatible with different operating systems or devices?
Our products are designed with apps like Goodnotes, Notability or Microsoft Excel in mind. We are currently looking to expand and try new systems and apps.
6. Are there any limitations on how many times I can download or access digital products?
As of August 1st, 2023, there are no download link limits. However, it’s recommended to download the file and save it where it can be accessible later.
7. Can I share or transfer the digital products to someone else?
The digital product is strictly for personal use only and cannot be resold or distributed in any form. This includes sharing the product with others, whether for free or for a fee. It is meant for individual enjoyment and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
8. Do you offer customer support or assistance with digital product use?

9. Are there any restrictions or licensing agreements associated with digital products?
The original creator and company retain all rights for these digital products, including copyrights. The purchase of this product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal purposes only. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of the product is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
You agree to abide by these terms and conditions by purchasing and downloading this digital product. Failure to comply with these terms may result in the termination of your license and may incur legal consequences.
10. Are there any system requirements or specifications for digital product use?
You’ll need a tablet you can write on with a stylus, such as the Apple pencil, to use. For spreadsheets, a computer or tablet where Excel files can be opened or saved. The apps, computer, tablet and stylus are not included.
11. Can I preview or sample the digital products before purchasing?
There are no samples or previews outside of the product description page. However, there are previews of the products on our social media platforms.
